The role
We attribute a large part of our growth down to being found by more and more customers online, through paid search and paid social, and this continues to be a driving force for our business growth 📈
In this role, you’ll plan, create, optimise, execute and manage our campaigns, playing a pivotal role in achieving Huel's customer acquisition and growth goals. Alongside your day to day responsibilities, as our Paid Search Manager, it's critical you adopt a strategic mindset to define best practice. With this in mind, you'll be constantly analysing and reporting on key metrics and adopting a test and learn approach to make sure we are constantly improving and maximizing customer growth!

What we're looking for in you
Our next Paid Search Manager will have around 5 years of relevant hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns with enterprise level budgets for an agency, ad-tech or high-growth business 🚀.
This role is perfect for an account manager with in-depth experience of the Google ad suite, who wishes to diversify their knowledge and develop their skills in a team of industry leading experts 🧠.
You'll be motivated by taking ownership of one of our biggest customer acquisition channels, and you will use your expertise in Google Search, industry trends and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Heap and Tableau to guide your decisions and the optimisation of our campaigns! 📊
Paid search is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally. You’ll need to think like a Hueligan and understand what we want to achieve. 🏆.
