The above-the-line media team at Revolut is part of the Brand Performance team within the wider Core Growth department.
The Core Growth team is the engine that drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders within the growth department and external media buying agencies to plan and execute high-impact brand and user acquisition campaigns on YouTube and TV.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setting up and running Youtube and TV campaigns as part of the broader ATL strategy across our key global markets
  • Analysing and optimising performance in-campaign and post-campaign to ensure acquisition and brand targets are met
  • Negotiating with media agencies to implement optimisations on TV and improve pricing
  • Contributing to YouTube and TV buying strategy based on global performance insights
  • Testing and validating potential new ATL media channels (e.g. CTV)

What you'll need

  • Mandatory 2 years of experience in setting up, running, and optimising YouTube campaigns in high-growth companies
  • Profound understanding of key performance drivers on YouTube for brand and conversion campaigns
  • Optional experience in planning, running and optimising campaigns on linear TV
  • Strong skill set in analytics, negotiations, and project management
  • Performance marketing mindset to drive user acquisition as well as improvements in brand metrics
