Our People team supports all aspects of our employee journey - talent acquisition, employee onboarding, talent management, total rewards and employee experience and culture.The People Operations Coordinator will support our efforts to create a world-class positive experience for our employees from the point of application, right through the employee life cycle. This role will support the People Team in completing transactional activities to ensure our systems are accurate and updated within deadlines, executing comprehensive and effective processes to ensure an impactful employee experience.You’ll need to be comfortable spinning a lot of plates, we are a fast-paced business, and we are looking for someone who can manage conflicting priorities.Please note, this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Managing post-offer administrative tasks with candidates
Overseeing the background checking process and administering the in-house background checks, where appropriate
Ensuring candidates have suitable Right to Work documentation and keeping up to date with government regulations in this area.
Drawing up contracts of employment, offer letters and other employee correspondence.
Partnering with Workplace Technology to ensure seamless delivery of new hires’ tech, and to support in arranging the return of tech from leavers.
Supporting and/or delivering onboarding sessions
Addressing the queries of employees and developing clear frequently asked questions
Ensuring candidates are set up on the HRIS system prior to their start date, and key documentation is filed for the first day.
Administrative experience, preferably within a people/HR team, certainly within a fast-paced, high growth environment
Bonus points if you have experience running and driving improvements in people processes.
You can demonstrate high attention to detail.

The confidence to build relationships with candidates, employees, and internal partners.
